It’s easy to become a Supplier on Vacaj.com
- Click Become a Supplier at the top of the Vacaj.com homepage
- Select Register as a Supplier.
- Click Register to start building your profile and create listings.
5. How much does it cost?
It is free to create your profile on Vacaj.com.
To become a member, you must register and start building your profile, by adding a listing.
If all the steps are correct, your profile will be approved immediately and will go online.
6. How do I get paid for offering services?
You will get paid directly from your customer on the day of service.
7. How to use “Add Listing” as a Babysitter?
Basic Information
Complete Basic Information about you and chose one of the categories listed. Please only write your first name and first initial of last name.
Your Location
In the Your Location section, you can only add the area/town. Your Friendly Address will show on your profile (e.g. Athens, Syntagma, Paros).
About Yourself
In the About Yourself section, introduce yourself, share your background and qualifications and describe the services you offer. Explain your previous experience and any special skills. You can also explain your current availability and set your rules/requirements.
A video CV is highly recommended for babysitters. It is a short (1-2 minutes) video all about you. It will allow you to speak directly to the parents about what makes you uniquely qualified for the role.

Qualification & Personal Details
Write your childcare related qualifications if you have and upload the files that are requested. Upload your criminal record and at least one recommendation letter to become a verified user.
Experience
Select the languages you are fluent or intermediate in and complete the sections regarding your experience.
Gallery
Upload up to five photos.
Availability
On Availability section add your preferred working hours.
Pricing & Bookable Services
You should inform parents about any additional charges in this section, such as additional taxi fee after midnight or additional gasoline fee for remoted areas.
Booking prices and settings
Set your rate per hour and enter a price for each extra child (i.e. 3EUR for extra children)
Enable instant booking if you want your booking requests to be immediately approved based on your calendar availability and without any manual action from your side. In that case, you will receive the bookings directly to your email.

8. How to use “Add Listing” as a Tour Guide?
Basic Information

In the Your Location section, you can only add the area/town. Your Friendly Address will show on your profile (e.g. Athens, Syntagma).
About Yourself
In the About Yourself section, introduce yourself, share your background and qualifications and describe the services you offer. Explain your previous experience and any special skills. You can also explain your current availability and set your rules/requirements.
This is the section you can describe your tours. Make sure to give details about the duration, what’s included in the price, what to bring and what’s not allowed.
Experience
Select the languages you are fluent or intermediate in.

Upload up to five photos.
Pricing & Bookable Services
You should give titles to your tours here and add duration and the maximum number of people to the group. It is necessary to set a price (per guest or one-time fee) and make this bookable in booking widget. If you set a price per tour, you should choose the “one-time fee” option. If you set a price per guest, you should choose the “multiply by guests” option.

Turn on booking to see more configuration settings below.
Availability (timeslots)
For Guide listings, you can configure time slots by enabling this option. Don’t forget to add max. guests.
Booking prices and settings
For tour guides price per hour is not recommended. What is recommended it price per tour/guest as mentioned on “Pricing & Bookable Services” section above.

9. Do I need to enable instant booking?
This is an option that is highly recommended. Instant Booking allows travelers to instantly book your services and it automatically confirms the booking request for you. When you enable instant booking, booking requests are instantly confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to you with the booking details.
